"Ross is generally a mess. Clothes thrown on the floor, no price tags, and long lines. This location, however, is doing it right. I don't feel like I'm in a thrift store. The employees are nice, and it's overall a very clean location. The mens section is consistent to size, meaning I'm not searching to find the right size through all the racks. The shoe section is incredible! I'm guessing not a whole lot of guys shop here, which is great for me. Of course, with Ross being more than just a clothing store, they sell much more. I was very excited when fall came around to check out what they have, they did not disappoint. When you go into a store like this, you expect to be waiting in a 20-minute line, not the case. It seems they are a big team and willing to help each other out. The ONLY super small thing I would change is the setup. The bathroom decor section is by the men's clothes off to a whole other section. Very very impressed with the cleanliness, can't get over that."
"I enjoy your store, variety of merchandise and good prices alot....however we waited a very long time in line this afternoon because there was only one cashier. Other employees were walking around but noone came to help with checkout for quite a while. Then with literally over a dozen customers standing in line, she spent time straightening up the shopping carts before going to a register. Huge thanks to the lone cashier that delt with the line for so long with no help!! (Sorry I don't know your name but it was 10/10/23 at 4/4:30pm.)"
"Very minimal selection. I went for a men's collared shirt and there were literally 4 in size xl between long sleeve, fleece and short sleeve. There's a good amount of girls things, but boys have one single rack to select from. I'm a boy mom, I was pretty bummed about it."
"I'm not sure who their buyer is now but the clothes are not appealing. The one thing I could always count on either Ross is getting a deal of some kind on a dress, blouse or pair of pants but not lately. As a plus size woman I want to look fantastic not frumpy. Have a talk with your buyer their not doing a good job. I still get great deals on household items though."
