"Went to starbucks at the Outlets to get my regular fix of Cold Brew. Lorenzo, the barista, politely told me and even apologized that there was no more cold brew. I could care less and just order another drink. To my surprise, he refunded my payment and gave me a free frappucino. Totally surprised and blown away by the kind gesture. He was even down for a picture. Totally awesome dude. If you need your Starbucks fix, definitely drop by the Norfolk Premium Outlets and look for Lorenzo. Amazing addition to the awesome starbucks team."
