"My family of 4 ate here today . Food was good waitress was amazing. Problem was the managers on duty atleast 2 of them, not one greeted us hello thank you for dining with us etc. Came by or table at least 3-4 times.( restaurant not busy at the time) Soft people skills for management 101. Business owner here with over 30yr of leadership and management skills. Management training opportunity.."
"This was a wonderful place! It was my first time experiencing dine in at Chilli's. This location has a lounge area and a restaurant side, which are divided by the entrance. Our server, Helen, was exceptionally wonderful. Our food came pretty quickly, and she frequently checked on us to see if our food was ok, if we needed any drink refills, or if our bottomless chips needed refilling. Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Next time, I plan on experiencing the lounge side."
"After being seated and waiting for 8 minutes to even be acknowledged, the hostess came and told me I had to move to another table. The waiter who was busy flirting with 2 female customers finally took my order but seemed bothered that he had to. Wings were supposed to be two different flavors. They tasted all the same."
"The food is always delicious at Chili’s! I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad with shrimp and it came out with both the shrimp and chicken. That was a plus! The freshness and overall deliciousness was above par! Because we sat near the bar, it took a little longer for our server to make trips to our table, but it wasn’t a problem. The bartender who waited on us was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be dining out at Chili’s more often!"
