"This place is decorated nicely. Gives vibes that "I" don't belong there. Got two drinks. One was watered down and no flavor. The manager remade it with no issues. The cashier acted like he didn't want to be at work and was no help with the menu being it was our first time there. Their menu isn't as broad as Starbucks. I won't be back."
"My wife and I always come to this location for our coffee and today was a deal breaker. We got the new “salted caramel iced coffee” and it was horrid. The coffee was burnt and was undrinkable. There was no way to even ask for a replacement as the coffee is on tap. I wish this didnt happen."

"This is definitely better than Starbucks! I visited several times in one week. The inside was clean, and the area is laid out well. The coffees I tried have been good. Service was fast. (Note: I did not try the food offerings.) As with most coffee shops, watch the prices if you’re on a budget."
"I love this place. Went to the VB location a few times. But I'm extremely overjoyed that they built one closer to my house. Came in for a nitro cold brew today will be returning almost everyday before work now."
