"Update: I hate to do bad updates but when in today and they were out of flavors and there were flies all over the bottom row of the donut glass case. I brought it up and they just said they're working on it but still serving from it with flies. Nasty had to drop everything two or three star. Cookie butter cold brew and doughnuts are good but crazy sweet! I like the look of the place!"
"Disappointed. It's Monday morning and this Dunkin' sold me day-old quasi stale donuts, at full price, and without disclosing that they were selling me day old donuts. Dunkin, if you are going to charge me nearly 10 dollars for 6 donuts, they better be fresh. And the variety offered at this location was sub par as well. Do better!"
"Order ahead with app and use over 900 points for specialty drink and their expresso machine was down and I couldn't get drink and lost my points. Bacon was burnt and only received 1 piece of bacon. Over 3.00 for 1 piece of bacon too expensive and burnt. Always out of everything bagley bites so forced to get plain and have to wait 5 min for it. I prepaid so you already had money and can't get a refund or cancel my order. This place is going down hill now"
"I’ve been in the area for the past week and every order I’ve put in has been made wrong. I get less cream in my coffee than the standard, but very coffee I’ve gotten from here has been as white as a sheet of paper even after its remade."
