"Nice people, but the one time I tipped on a mobile order for an order I got normally without tipping, it ended up taking longer than any other time, the restaurant wasn’t that busy, and it was a cookie 4 pack. Whilst waiting to get my 4 pack, a walk-in came in and bought a bunch of cookies and almost took most of the ones I wanted. Luckily, the tall white girl at the counter had known there was an order for 4 of them to-go and didn’t allow it (which was surprising because the young men that work there don’t care and will sell your cookies to a walk in even if you put a To go order in before that walk in). That being said, a young black woman with colored dreads ended up getting mad at the tall white girl for this reason, and scolded her for no other reason outside of the young black girl was caught chit chatting in the back too much and almost messed up my order by allowing a customer 10 minutes after my mobile order almost take product I paid for in advance because of her talking and lack of paying attention. I sat there and waited 10 minutes for this gal to stop talking (there was one order ahead of me and others were already working on it) and grab 4 cookies, to then scold someone else for not reminding them to do their own job. I’m a very easy going man, and I honestly couldn’t care less that it took 10 minutes for her to grab cookies, but I extremely care she decided to take out her lack of awareness on a new hire. Totally unprofessional."

"Oh, I love this place. Concept of having great soup and sandwich for lunch is amazing, especially under $7. Staff was amazing. They seemed to be very happy on their workplace and to care for each other. Very professional service too. Happy to go there often. 5 stars for each section- food, service and atmosphere."

"My father and I went for breakfast this morning. The food was alright but seemed like a very small portion for just one person to eat. The service was good. One thing I had an issue with was the cups my dad and I where given. It's one thing for one cup to have a hole in them but for 2 cups to have holes in them is a bit much if you ask me. Than I went to grab salt and pepper packets and of course one of pepper packets didn't have any pepper in it. I will say the person behind the registrar was very nice and gave me 2 new cups when I alerted him my 2 cups had holes in them. He apologized for that inconvenience. Would I ever go back to panera bed. Probably not for breakfast but I would recommend going for lunch."

"My first less than stellar experience at Panera. The Margarita Flat Bread was missing not only the fresh Mozorella which I was aware of but they also did not put red sauce on it either."
