"Visit this location all the time look at this chicken sandwich I purchase which they gave to me shame on you I spend $22 dollars and this piece of chicken is a small mess and it’s burned. Wish I can posted it and I will post this small piece of chicken doesn’t fit the bun. Never again going to the location in Laurel MD, better than this location. Always look at your food before you leave please they get you all the time. And left off that salt you’ll are going to give customers high blood pressure or high cholesterol. And customers can spend money but you don’t want to give only (2) sauce not enough and you know it. This location you need to do better and make fries with no salad it’s not hard to do cuz somebody is heavy handed on the salt. management sucks bad and they never take responsibility for anything when they get your order wrong."

"Chic Fil A’s in DC are ALWAYS poorly ran and this one isn’t any different! I came to this location to grab lunch (a 3 count strip meal with no salt on the fries) and the young lady taking the orders stated that they don’t offer no salt options for the fries. I asked to speak with a manager (Janara) and she stated the same thing. Not once did they try to accommodate. She also stated that the owner Alan Thompson requires all orders to go out WITH salt. This is an unusual way of running business, but then again…location, location! I definitely won’t be back and I don’t anticipate this location to be here much longer due to the lack of customer service and inability to accommodate simple requests."

"I am seriously tired of this location they act like sauces come out of their pay. whoever is making them do this needs to be fired. On the app you are allowed to have two sauces for your main and two for sides. They will not honor that. I ordered over 20 nuggets and they had the audacity to only give me two sauces. on top of this, you cant buy sauces, like what is your issue? Other locations in DC dont do all of this. The food after 8:00pm is mid at best. Its like the food taste's completely different. I even found hair in my food at one point, who ever is the manager or corporate person of this location needs to be fired. Do not come here and go to another location!"

"I came this morning to order chicken strips,which I've done several times. Usually I'm told there will be a wait (10 minutes) since they are still serving breakfast. I was first told by the young lady I'd have to wait til 10:30am. Then who I presume to be a manager came over the intercom and said we don't do that at this location. Which I informed him that I have purchased strips in the morning and have been told that there is a wait but didn't want to argue. This is disappointing to experience these inconsistencies with this Chick fil a. I am use to having a pleasurable experience, but not this time."

"This has to be the worst chick Fil A in DC. It's always busy, they short you on your order of fries, and to top it off what company tells you what sauce you can and can't have. I asked for honey roasted barbecue and they said no they only give it out if you get grilled chicken. I reached out before bringing it here and have yet to hear anything. Terrible"
