Our soups are always made from scratch and are free from additives, preservatives, dairy, and oil. Vegan and gluten-free options are also available.

The story of Soup Up began with a simple desire to provide fresh, delicious, and healthful homemade-style soups, similar to those enjoyed in Jamaica. We invite you to fall in love with soups all over again, and experience the calming effect and insatiable appetite for something that is good for both the body and the soul.

In addition to serving our customers, Soup Up is dedicated to giving back to the community. We donate approximately 200 cups of soup each month to local organizations that feed the homeless and hungry in the Washington, DC area. We also partner with the Breadcoin Foundation to ensure that those who are food insecure can access meals with dignity.

"I love going to Soup Up. The menu changes everyday, so every visit I try a new soup. Wholesome ingredients, healthy, flavorful and delicious. I can’t leave without an order of one of their signature spring rolls or jerk chicken wings."

"We came here for lunch and were very impressed with the homemade soups and sandwiches. They were amazing and super filling. She gave her a sample of all her soups and it was hard to decide which one we wanted more. We'll def be back. P.S. the chicken spring rolls and beef broth are awesome!"
