"Although they may have decent service and some good drink products, being one of their older locations - they certainly aren't as great as I once remembered. The donuts aren't as comforting, their selections have drastically decreased, and the taste leaves you wanting for something more."

"I came through the drive-through and ordered a breakfast sandwich on croissant as I’m pulling out to leave. I tried the sandwich and didn’t taste quite right. I came to realize the croissant tasted a little odd so I parked my car went in. I stood in the front for about three minutes meanwhile the employees/manager walked by and looked before anyone approached me and when I was approached, it wasn’t in a very welcoming manner and I was getting stared at like I was speaking a different language or something, the employee told the manager the issue and she scuffled, and went on doing whatever she was doing. Never apologize didn’t seem very accommodating. I waited about 10 minutes for that , and even then a new employee walked in the door and was the one to remake the sandwich for me. She was very kind and sweet. She lit up the atmosphere, although I did not get her name it started with a “D” It seemed as if no one wanted to be there, the kitchen you can see trash everywhere. It doesn’t seem like a very well put together place. You see employees moping around with careless attitudes and a manager who doesn’t have any customer service… yikes will not be returning to this location. This is the second time I’ve been and both experiences were a no for me."

"Bagel was over cooked and rock hard, had to throw it out. This location definitely needs some help."

"Edit: I decided to try this Dunkin again because they recently renovated the store (a friend told me that included other changes), and I am confident in saying it is still the worst Dunkin in the area. I waited inside for nearly 10 minutes and was ignored by the 8 employees working (I was the only customer inside, and it's possible two of them were training). Once I ordered, my food was done within 20 seconds... and it was disgusting. Please go a few minutes out of your way to visit a different location! 2022: One of our drinks was okay, but the second drink was absolutely disgusting. When I went to dump it out, I found a weird plastic piece inside of the drink (not a straw - see photos). Super dry and gross donuts, too. I highly recommend you avoid this location."

"This location is currently under construction so I hope D&D takes the time to establish a cleaning process for the hot water dispenser. I ordered a hot tea. The service was slow, I think the clerk was by himself but he was polite and courteous. When I took the first sip I felt something foreign in my mouth. I found that sludge buildup in the tap became dialogued and ended up in my cup. When I opened my cup I found multiple obvious pieces of sludge in my cup. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened to me. I have lived in several states up and down the east coast and have experienced this before. Hence, I hope they establish a better cleaning policy. STAFF should also be paying attention enough to see this happen and not serve it when they see this. Would you want to drink this!"
