"It took me a while to write a review about the many times I’ve encountered an issue…for starters, they are always running out of flavors for the coffee, then when you arrive they always say something about the website not working. They have a genius working there bc they know how to alter the website to reflect coffees are sold out. I don’t know what they are doing at this place…the lines are ridiculous. Most importantly, when you tell your barista to make your coffee with almond or oat milk they still put whole milk which is lazy and dangerous as some ppl have serious allergies to regular milk. We need corporate or the state to really look into why this Starbucks is not running smoothly like the rest. It’s always a gamble at this one."

"It’s like 75 degrees outside and all of the coworkers are bundled up looking like they just woke up and moving so slow I almost had to say something. 0 sense of urgency with a backed up drive through line blocking traffic. By the time I got my warm cookie it was cold again and my drink is wrong I ordered pumpkin cold gown and got regular"

"Drive thru, coffee handed to us without lid put on all the way and coffee spilling on my hand and dripping on my clothes. Handed to my wife it drips on her. Coffee filled to the brim. Sad way to start your day."
