New Port:

"Ordered way in advance before arriving at the location. Order was not ready and it was 20 minutes after I ordered online. This is getting worse and worse and worse. It's not just me in that feeling because I can tell other people feel the same way when they're standing there wondering where their order is as well. I could see if this was a one time fumble but the last three timed it's been this way. People, drive thru has priority here. So if you are not in a rush, this is a perfect spot for you."

The whole crew makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the store. If you need anything, I highly recommend chatting with Kai, they were always super helpful and caring. Best Starbucks store I’ve visited in a while, and I’ve been to quite a few."

"CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!!! Stood at the register for 2 min four staff walking back and fourth not one person cared to take my order or just great or let me know their busy. Word of advice a simple “we will be right with you” would go a long way instead of ignoring completely. Walked out!! 3-Jul-22 @ 10:40am Was a young male grey shirt working in a machine by register, an older male black shirt who stoped to help young male then walk past me and lady at drive thru."
