"The staff was nice and the food was good. But they’re using a weird staffing system. Someone meets you in line and takes your order. You get to the register, no one is there. They call out your drink order and hand you a breakfast sandwich. You wait with your hands full, the line keeps growing. You repeat your order when someone eventually gets to the register. The line system needs to be tweaked. Maybe the order takers should hit the register occasionally. So it doesn’t feel like your being held in line for no reason."
