"Person at register can't speak or read any English. We were trying to buy ice cream but were getting rung up for coffee for some reason and when we bought it up to the lady, she had no clue what we were saying or talking about. Just gave us a blank look and rescanned the items, but that didn't solve anything. Really bad look for the store when it's in a relatively upscale area and the owners can't bother to hire people who actually understand English. Nice store ruined by customer service experience."
"Alcohol was labeled the wrong price. When I asked the cashier who was loudly on her cell phone the entire time why it was more than what it was labeled she shouted “no” and then kept talking on her phone. Very rude."
"Decent selection, very convenient for Rocketts Landing residents, friendly staff. I only go out of necessity. Very few items are priced. Maybe 10%. It's a mystery what you'll be charged for at the counter. Shop at your own risk."
"Great selection of beer and wine. Convenient location for residents living in this neighborhood. Not really a cafe though. Just a convenience store. There’s no restaurant or dining area inside. There are a few tables and chairs outside on the sidewalk. Guy working here is always friendly."
"We had a problem here at rocketts landing where we had a water leak and didn't know it and it turned into mold. Rainbow restorations came out and got right on it great job rainbow"
