"ordered a bagel with no avocado. first time they just blatantly ignored my request. real robots back there. second time ordered with no avocado, they put avocado, and scraped it off once they realized they messed up. with some avocado still on there, they thought it was okay to send it out. what if there was an allergy? they are asking and waiting for a lawsuit"
"It's fine. The bagels themselves are nice quality, though they never give nearly enough cream cheese, so if that's your goal you may want to get a bagel with different toppings instead."
"When it's good, it's good. But the quality varies a LOT. Today I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese because they don't put enough for my preference. I was charged for the extra cream cheese, which fine whatever, but then still got only a little!!"
