Pizza Hut

"Do not order from this location I ordered two pizzas and they were dry. I called to get my money back and the man tried to be rude to me about giving me my money back."

"Hey good evening to all, The workers in this Pizza Hut do not use gloves. You can look back there and see that they do not have gloves on. That’s bad."

"Have my daughter order a pizza special with a coupon we had. One pizza came fresh the other one was old, near burnt and lukewarm. I called to request another pizza was placed on hold for over 5 minutes and then hung up on. I called back again spoke to a manager who said his name was Quinn and was told that they were sent out another Pizza in about 45 minutes and that I had to give the pizza back with no more than two slices eaten. My family had not eaten any of the pizza. They were just looking at it because it didn't look right. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut years ago due to this very reason. Bad service and bad food. I decided to give them another chance, they send me bad food again and then try to insult me by asking for the pizza back. Really!?"

"This was the worst experience we've ever had at a Pizza Hut! First, they couldn't find the order in the system. Then they argued about it. The pickup order was almost 2 hours late, no manager was on duty, our issue from last time was ignored, and at least one of the employees didn't know or care what they were doing. Some of the food was inedible. They didn't even know how to make one of the items and had to look it up. Their solution? A free 2 liter of soda. We declined. Their second solution? They put six packets of sauce in a bag. We had no interest in that either."

"Placed an online order at 5:00 p.m. for pickup at 6:00 p.m. I showed up at 6:00 p.m. on the dot and they couldn't find our order in the system. I had to show it to them and I didn't leave with my food until 7:30 p.m. All they did was offer me a free soda but I don't drink soda. They didn't offer to give me any of my food items free or an additional food item free. Also, they did try to give me my order around 7:10 but I checked to make sure that the order was right, and it was not so they had to remake something. Instead of giving me what they made wrong free, they took it back and I had to wait another 20 minutes. Last time I ordered, they got my chicken wing order wrong and I had to drive back up there to get the right kind, which wound up being burnt. Before that, I had never had any issues at this location, but today completely took the cake. It was the most ridiculous hour and a half involving pizza in my life."
