Pizza Hut

"I just ordered delivery. I don't what the place is like inside. The crust is very basic, like grocery store frozen pizza crust. Toppings were basic, unremarkable, surprisingly little flavor to them. One of my pizzas was made soft with the other two crispy. I can't imagine why anybody would want it soft like that. That's what they call hand tossed. The hand tossed is just as thin as the thin and crispy, it's just not crispy so don't bother with the hand tossed. They were so stingy with the sauce that I wondered if they forgot it until I finally found some here and there. Like one tablespoon per slice I guess. Yea it's just not good. If you never had Pizza Hut before, don't bother. If you like it for some reason... Why? It's too much money for what it is, you can go to so many other places."

"Absolutely awful experience, I ordered a day prior and went to pick up the next evening and waited 45 minutes to be told my order had been moved to the bottom of the list. The manager said she didn’t know what to do, no sorry or hey let me to ahead and get that made, the reply was I don’t know what to do. I canceled my order which was for my daughter and her friends Halloween party and ended up having to grab frozen pizzas. The associates there were using profanity that was easily heard in the lobby, an overall awful experience."

"Went there to order pizza stood at the counter 30 minutes no one ever asked may I help you, would you like to order, nothing just ignored like I won't even there. Then to top it off a door dash driver rolls in and sits a order on the counter. Tells the worker this is not the right order for the address I went to. The pizza hut manager looks at the order and says " we been looking for this order" the proceeds to put the order back in the warmer. WHAT? That order went back out to the customer after being sent out to another customer and heaven knows who all handled that food. Very unsafe in this day and age. I left after seeing that and went to Vinny's Italian grill for a carry out order. I had a craving for pizza hut but they cured me at that location. I just wonder if they are all ran like that."

"This location must be the worst location. I never received my order. When I call to check on it a man answered and insisted that my pizza was delivered when it was not. He proceeds to place me on hold for over 10 minutes never coming back. When I called again, a woman patronized me with some weird story about things we do in life as humans when we don't get our food, it made no sense at all. She then proceeded to put me on hold, never coming back. I had to call corporate in order to process a refund. This is my second time having issues with this location. The first time my pizza was delivered upside down and smushed in the Box. See photos...I chalked it up as a one off situation and months later gave a second chance. After getting the runaround, I will NEVER order from this location again. The operations and customer service at this location is horrid. As a franchisee, this is unacceptable. Do better."

"Pizza Hut has gone downhill, and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I would give zero stars if I could. We placed an order online for pick up. Drove home with our food and found out that 2 orders of breadsticks weren’t made right. They were just plain dough. My wife had to drive back to the store, show them the breadsticks, and they acted like we did something wrong! No offer to compensate us for the inconvenience or gas we wasted to drive back. My wife was questioned by the breadsticks maker and he acted ticked off at her! Both Pizza Hut employees she interacted with seemed completely inept and treated her, the customer, like we were the ones at fault for their incompetence. This is the last time we will order from Pizza Hut. The breadsticks themselves are abnormally small and shriveled up, only measuring about 4 inches long, and the pizzas we bought barely have any toppings...I can hardly see any cheese! I wish we would’ve gone elsewhere. We will be contacting the store manager to complain about the way the employees treated us. They obviously need a lesson in customer service, as well as food preparation. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
