"If I could leave a negative star I would. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever had from this location. I’ve been here before and never had this issue. I literally just ordered from door dash I received my food and I opened the SEALED bag with a live ROACH! In my food, it gets worse from here the cream cheese was also warm! My husbands coffee had black specs floating in it! This location needs to shut down I will be calling Henrico health inspector to have this place looked into."
"Always in search of a great bagel, I recently stopped in Einstein Bagels store in Libbie Place Shopping Center on Broad Street. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. They had the usual choices but also had a unique mix of jalapeño and cheddar, 5 cheese, pretzel, chocolate chip, honey wheat, harvest grain and others. They're the best. Not just for breakfast--they have savory sandwiches for lunch too. Best of all, I thoroughly appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They were chatty, eager to offer suggestions. Great experience!"
"I got the Chorizo Sunrise: delicious, filling, spicy but never too overwhelming. The bread was pleasantly crispy. The employees were very friendly and prompt. However, this is NOT the shop to just sit around in, as there's... no seats. If you're just looking to hang out, you'll either have to sit at the tables outside, in your car, or find a Starbucks."
"If I could give a separate five star rating to the two employees inside, I would. They were very friendly and courteous. However, this Einstein Bros. Bagels on West Braid in Richmond, Va just barely gets a two star rating. The atmosphere inside is uninspiring and empty. If you’re looking for a coffee shop with a warm, welcoming vibe, this is not it. There are no tables inside, they are all outside, which was not a problem today as the weather is very nice this morning. But if it were raining or cold, outside seating would not be an option. I ordered an apple pastry, which looked good, but turned out to be bland and devoid of any apple filling inside. It was served cold and was dry and tasteless. I only took two bites. The rest went in the trash. I also ordered a cup of dark roast drip coffee. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. It was very weak on flavor for a dark roast and it came out of the carafe at a luke warm temperature. Overall this was a disappointing experience and I would not visit this establishment again. Seek your coffee, bagels and pastries elsewhere."
