Starbucks

"Have visited this Starbucks a few times in the past. Nothing has ever stood out except that the service is a bit slow but otherwise the drinks are typical of Starbucks. I believe they are understaffed. This past weekend I went there was no line. I walk up to the counter and the barista tells me she is going on her break and that I'll have to come back. I said all I wanted was a small drip coffee (quick, easy). She lets out a huge sigh and just glares at me. I said no worries and left. Service was quite shocking- even my wife was like wow that was rude."

"Not a huge fan on the "inside a bookstore" coffee shop experience. Pretty quick service. Good coffee."

"I went to This Starbucks yesterday and out of 4 things out of 6 things I wanted to order inside my Frappuccino was so called sold out.I can under stand if you say your out of 1 thing but to say to most of everything was sold out was ludicrous.That is so ridiculous.I’m a big Starbucks fan but I will never go back to this store.I FEEL IF YOUR OUT OF SOOO MUCH INVENTORY THAT MEANS SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THERE JOB.A Apology will not work in the case.You having the products needed to make A Drink is the key to success.Higher Management needs to take action.IM TOTALLY DISGUSTED"

"The kids there are really nice and efficient, but it's a brand new store with an idiotic parking plan... the drive-thru line often blocks all the storefront parking. Also... with the one-door-in one-door-out covid plan it would be really helpful if they put a trash can inside the exit rather than the entrance."

"I wouldn’t even give this a (1) star rating. I walked in to order food and drinks and at first I just brushed off how short the barista was being until she just started flat out ignoring everything I was asking. I ordered (2) sandwiches for me and my bf, they didn’t have anymore so we decided to go somewhere else for food but we still wanted to order drinks and Ashley came off very annoyed. She made one of the drinks and just sat it on the counter and didn’t say anything. I asked if that drink was mine and she walked away from me. I was like, okay maybe she didn’t hear me ( wasn’t loud in there at all and my bf and i were the only customers). So when she walked back towards me, I asked the question again, the second barista looked at me and back at her, ( so I know I was speaking loud enough) Ashley walked away again with a smug look on her face. Absolutely rude. I told my bf (while still standing down at the end of the counter) that I was going to leave a review and the second barista started laughing. I went in around 1115 on July 4th. I didn’t catch the second baristas name. I had to ask Ashley for hers. And yet she seemed annoyed again when I asked for her name. Completely rude! Will never go here again and I will definitely be calling the better business bureau on Starbucks. Not the first time one of their baristas had a disgusting attitude."
