"If I could leave one star I would. Placed mobile order and still waited 15 min plus order ahead so total 30+ min. Meanwhile people in drive through keep going through. Lesson learned. Stay in drive through line"
"Greated promptly. Cashier was patient & understanding. Took a few minutes for & staff reaffirmed my order would be ready shortly. I give 8/10 but I didn't no it would need lil sweetner. And I also didn't no it had a mango flavor I wanted more pineapple 2 shine thru. But overall still fun experience. I jus saw some1 try it on utube so I gave it a try."
"Hit or miss with this location. Today was a definite MISS. My breakfast was severely undercooked. The service was not to the level that I have come to expect at Starbucks. The associate was very short and curt. Then they walked away and gave me a look when I stayed there to ask for a straw. Is it normal not to be given a straw or be asked for one? By the look on her face when I asked for one I ruined her day. I have been there different times of the day and usually received great service. Maybe this was a 1 off. It is unfortunate because this is the one on my way to work."
