"Incredible baked goods,strong coffee, reasonabley priced, and the staff is always friendly. There is a reason there is a long line all the time. I only have one small thing. They are probably trying to give good value but they fill the coffee too much and I have a coffee explosion on my hands a lot of days. Prob just trying to give good value for the cup but i could use a centimenter of space to stop the spillage. In the reference pic i actually dont know how they got it that full. It was above the rim with the lid holding some in haha."

"Sugar & twine has been one of our favorite spots in town since visiting and eventually moving here to Richmond. I am absolutely hooked on their biscuits (especially the seasonal fruit ones) and scones. The pastries are always so buttery and absolutely delicious! I also often get a mocha latte and love the house mocha they make. Very unique and rich taste! 4 stars, because I do really wish they would open up the inside again. We always want to enjoy our goodies somewhere and there is no where to sit nearby so we usually awkwardly go eat in our car or have to drive somewhere else!"

"We love Sugar & Twine's cookies so much we used them for our wedding! And our guests loved them too! The Sugar & Twine team was great to work with and communicated very clearly through email to make sure my bulk order was correct and they even delivered all 400 cookies and put them in the jars I wanted! I would definitely recommend them for a quick treat or for your next big event!"

"What a cute little store! The inside was closed but they were taking orders at the door and were very quick and efficient. Many gluten free and vegan options! Also extremely affordable! The almond horn is emasculate, I was in heaven at first bite! The vegan breakfast sandwich (they had gluten free bread available) was very filling and had good ingredients not some random fillers with little nutritional value. If I lived here I would go all the time!"

"Visited this place yesterday while passing through Richmond. So glad we found this little gem. The line was long so I had high hopes that it would be delicious and they delivered! We got macarons, cherry gazettes, a strawberry biscuit, and chocolate chip cookies. Macaron was delicious and flavorful. The gazette even the next morning was still crispy and the cherry filling was really fresh tasting. The strawberry biscuit wasn’t dry, and had a good flavor and a nice crunchy sugar top. I didn’t try the chocolate chip cookie yet but it looks great. I definitely suggest this place and we will certainly return when in the area again! I do wish there was indoor seating but you can only order at the outside window."
