"Waited 20 minutes in the drive through behind 2 cars, only to find out my online order could not be completed because they didn't have bacon. Dunkin needs to get it together!"
"This is the 4th time I've been to this location and there was a problem. They've run out of milk, coffee, espresso, and tonight I was told they have shift problems and were closing early to prepare for tomorrow due to "shift issues". That's not a good sign if you can't keep employees. On top of all that, it always takes a very long time to get service at the drive-thru window and inside. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this location has problems."
"5 stars because the, I'm assuming manager, was low on staff but he worked hard to get out order and make our drinks in good time and made sure we were taken care of, all while training someone new Thank you so much for your amazing customer service"
"I like the green tea but they have been out a while. I ordered pop bubble things for extra money in two drinks and got to the window and they were out and couldn’t refund me; I contacted customer service and never heard anything. I’ve been in like up to 25 minutes before but hadn’t had an issue recently. I thought there wouldn’t be a line at 9am and had ordered ahead already so my food would be ready and was wrong. The first picture is after moving up one car and the second is almost 30 minutes later. I only allowed 15 minutes to go thru the drive-thru and am late for work now but have already placed my order prior to arriving… 1 star for the green tea when they have it and the bagel bites."
