"You cannot trust the opening hours for this place. My mom absolutely loves their food and she wanted some fresh hot Long John's for Christmas today and their website said that they would be open until 6:00. Meanwhile I've been calling for a half hour now it's 4:30 and no one will even answer the phone. Please don't post that you're open until 6:00 if you aren't. Thanks for ruining Mom's Christmas by lying to us."
"We went thru the drive thru and had to wait outside for our food for our food for 15 minutes. We only ordered from the side menu, one piece of fish, one order of clams, one order of popcorn shrimp. The fish was small and greasy, the clams weee all breading, the popcorn shrimp would have been good but tasted like hushpuppies!!!!"

"Went here 10 minutes before closing without realizing the time. Proceeded to order 70.00 in food and these people went above and beyond. They told me politely there would be a wait. I informed them I didn't mind. Still not realizing the time. They the turned off the lobby lights and I looked at the cashier and only then did she tell they were closing then offered to let me wait inside while they finished my to go order. I thought that was kind of them. They could have easily turned me away. This was our only chance to have our sons birthday dinner so I was very grateful And over the moon that they did not. They were kind, patient, and professional. They displayed a level of customer service that beyond their duty. Everyone that was working at closing on 8/21 thank you. I hope your managers and owners recognize what a special group of people they have there. A group that doesn't do the bare minimum and still recognizes what customer service is."
