"@Starbucks y'all need to give Jackie a raise ASAP!!! Buy her a car!!! Put $50k in her kids' college fund!!! Give her two paid weeks off!! Girlie is carrying this whole store, whipping out drinks left & right, knows customers by name, professional & polite but friendly and spirited at the same time, keeping the team moving and hyping ppl up. The entire staff is working hard here, but Jackie woke up and said "I'm gonna work harder," and I just hope she knows it's seen & appreciated."
"I'm usually not a person that complains. However my experience today was very frustrating. I hadn't planned on doing there but on the spur of the moment I thought why not, I hadn't had Starbucks since well before the pandemic. I'm not a coffee drinker but I do like the Frappuccino. So i go in and place an order. Now I know they are busy, they have a drive thru as well as people placing orders in the app. But the amount of time I had to wait for a very simple order was be frustrating. It was at the point that i had gotten back in line and was going to cancel my order. I needed to get to work and it was close to time for me to be there. Thankfully my job is very close. As I was waiting my name was called. I say all of that too say this. Just because I ordered in store doesn't make my order or my time less important that this that order in the app. I placed my order at 9:05 approximately. It was almost 25 minutes before I got my order. That is not acceptable. I know your guys are busy. But so are your customers. So now I know. This is not the place for me if i want a quick breakfast."
