"It’s absolutely disheartening to share this review but I must also be honest. My partner and I were walking and exploring the downtown Richmond area and we came across a sign “support black owned business” we also noticed the LGBTQ flag we were intrigued and wanted support. We ordered two breakfast bagel turkey sausage sandwiches and they were terrible. The sausage was dried out, the bagel was very dry, the egg had absolutely no flavor. This spot is in a great location and near the convention center and could be a gold mine however the staff personality was very dry as well. With the right people and a little love in food this could be a prime time social spot. Many airline flight attendants stay local to this shop and could provide a great deal of business to this establishment however I wouldn’t recommend to my peers."

"Love the food and atmosphere. Edgy and colorful pictures and drawings from local artists brighten the small and cozy (some may say cramped) space. Tons of foot traffic stopping by for coffee and breakfast. Food is a highlight; there was considerable wait for the food, but the cafe was undermanned. Hoping they get the people they need to run it. We almost forgot to take pictures before eating it. Will come again."

"I love businesses downtown and we need more of them. I found this great place after dropping off my package at USPS on 2nd street. I love coffee and they have it. The ambiance is great and welcoming. They apparently use Rostovs coffee as it was printed on the large bags behind the counter. I get a red eye normally and refill. They do not offer refills but I got a second coffee. I was doing eBay listings and needed it. Cool Decor with artwork for sale on the walls. . The food smelled amazing and everything is made to order. I will try the food soon but just on a coffee quest for now. Go here. It is great. Good coffee. Bike parking. No recycle yet. Food on next visit. It will be good just by the smells. Yum"

"Loved this place. I stopped in for coffee this morning and couldn’t resist a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel too ("The best at 3rd and Broad!"). The vibes are welcoming and chill. The staff were super friendly. Even the decor is great too — I enjoyed looking at all the vintage magazine covers. I would love to go back!"
