"I actually stopped here to get gas and my hand came back from the pump handle wet and greasy. I was scared, so I went inside to wash my hands. Two bathrooms. No soap in one. The other one? No. I went out and asked if they had any soap and explained what happened. Dunkin employee behind one of the counters rolled her eyes, mumbled something, and walked to the back. Then a dude walked out and said they had no soap. The gas station attendant also said no soap. I look at all the donuts. I look at peoples hands. I said "wow that's gross". I went back into the bathroom to grab some paper towels to wipe my hands and the pump, but none of those either. So I went over to the Dunkin counter and grabbed some napkins. Dude starts walking towards me yelling "HOW R U GONNA TAKE MY NAPKINS AND NOT BUY ANYTHING". Was he serious? Yup!! ...What happens after they use the bathroom? Moral of the story, don't eat the donuts. OSHA, snatch these peeps up pronto please."
"My favorite Dunkin I’ve been to. I go multiple times a week and the staff is always so fun and friendly and the drinks are always soo good. This is the only Dunkin I know I can go to and now have any issues with my order or rude staff!"
"Just want to share my experience. Again no complaint about the food. We are human only we will make mistakes. My problem is the attitude of the manager. He told me specifically his name is Tyron. He requested not to forget his name. They missed 1 item from my order and also messed up 1 item. I went back, before I said anything he was giving me the missing item. Nice!! He even fixed the wrong item. Problem is he told me lazy because I placed my order in drive through. So I paid my money, I drove and later I went in to fix my food and you are telling me lazy when you made some mistakes!!!"
