"I made a reservation and our table was ready upon our arrival. However it was a booth that needs the set cushions replaced! Mothers birthday at her favorite restaurant. Less than desirable to me. She was served the wrong entrée that was corrected in a timely manner (3 or 4 minutes) she was pleased with her food when it arrived. Two out of three prime cuts were difficult to cut due to the grisly texture and substandard cutlery (my knife handle was actually coming apart). Understanding that this was a Friday night and a special night for my mother I made no mention of you short comings."
"Our Food was great we had the Calamari,Stuffed Shells and Shrimp Alfredo. As for our waitress she sucked and had zero conversation or personality and was slow as they come! Also the greeting coming into the restaurant wasn’t the greatest either. It was our first time there due to them closing soon so we will give them another try because we did enjoy the food and vintage 80’s atmosphere!"
"I know why this restaurant has been in business 36 years, it is phenomenal! The food, the service, and the atmosphere was 100 percent on point. I came in after a family funeral for a to go order. They took the best care of me! The pasta was delicious, and I highly recommend this small business to anyone near and far!"
"The Porsche club cannot recommend Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant enough. Their exceptional service, and delicious food make them a standout dining destination in Kingsport. If you're looking for an amazing Italian meal in a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, then Giuseppe's is the place to go. "Was looking for a place to go for our Anniversary Dinner during the week, I'm glad we chose to come here. I had read reviews the food was great and they were right! The food was absolutely delicious! From the appetizers, to the garlic bread and every dish we ate. Our daughter went along as we are new in town but it was such a pleasant evening. Service was great. Mood was perfect inside the restaurant, lights slightly dim for romantic feel. Their house white wine was crisp and tasty! We will definitely be back!"
