"The workers and management at the store in Middlesboro, Ky are telling people that come in to eat that they are out of roast beef that it will be 45 min wait just hoping that everyone will leave. I stood there waiting on my order 2 orders of wings and 2 classic roast beef sandwiches. While I stood there I watched 10 drive through orders with classic roast beef sandwiches filled on the screens. I ask the manager if you are out how can you fill the drive through orders but not ours at the front desk. Is drive thru more important than eat in or take out orders if so bad business. These employees are lying to customers!!!!!! Very disappointed in Arby’s!!!!!!!!!"

"Ordered my family some food 2 hours before they started closing, and it took them 45 minutes or longer to complete my order. The blonde, curly headed kid in the kitchen made me a classic roast beef, and the little boy up front with girly eyebrows told him I ordered a double, so I could see it upset the kitchen kid and he threw a bunch of pink nasty meat on top of it and rewrapped it. I got home to eat it, and it was disgusting. I had to argue with the girly eyebrows boy up front to give me my drink for my combo, and he told me I'd have to make it. I realized that after I got home, he gave me a small, and my medium drink was sitting next to my "to go"order, and one of the employees was drinking from it. I noticed they kept taking turns running to the restroom, mostly likely doing drugs, and would come back and not wash their hands! I honestly probably won't eat there for a while until I realize those kids are no longer employed there. Also I won't go after 5 in the evening that's when the service gets worse."

"I just came the drive through. I just got the wrong order. And that was on top of the cashier trying to argue with me about me missing something from my order. She claimed she didn’t charged me something that I know I ordered. And how I know it was the wrong order you ask? There where two people ahead of me waiting. I ordered the fish combo with crackle fries and a Dr. Pepper, and two regular Arby’s one with crackle fried and one with curly fries and both with Dr. Peppers. I got home I had all my fries and drinks, but I had to fight for the fish and got only one regular Arby and a cheddar (I didn’t order the cheddar)."
