"The have a metal barrier hiding meat section. I'm not able to see what they have to choose from l, I don't know if the food is fresh and I can't tell if they are giving the correct proportions. All around this was a terrible idea and I'm not going back untill then undo this change."

"This place makes me mad on a while different level. Hours 9am-10pm I believe. I usually try and come late around 9 or 9:30 these employees really have the nerve to close 30 mins to an hour before closing time. I tried to go in at 9:30 maybe or earlier, I walk in they’re already cleaning and closing up and say they’re closed… no you’re not but I just left anyways because I will cause a problem if I stay around with that attitude they had so I left said some tatsteful words and that’s it but both times I’ve came here they’ve been “closed” (when they aren’t actually even closed)"

"I asked for little amount of manase she immediately started squeezing manase really quick and i had to stop her it was obviously to much and I told them basically that i would go ahead and take it to be nice but it had to much manase they started laughing at me at the corners of their mouth people should start telling them they messed it up food good would be better if they took more care with it"

"They were so kind when my husband dumped my sprite on my lap we tried to clean it up as much as we could. They came out and help us to our rescue and we felt so bad but they made us feel better. Their staff is friendly can be and it’s a very nice place to take your family. I highly recommend the subway in Middlesboro."

"The new menu sounds cool and all, but then you order your sandwich and you can’t add anything. Which I guess is fine, that’s not that big of a deal, but you can’t remove anything either. That’s kinda annoying, and I wasn’t told until she had already started making the sandwich so I didn’t want her to restart so I picked it off once I got home. Also, every time I have been in this subway, the workers are in a bad mood. Borderline almost rude, I get they probably just don’t like their jobs, but the rude tones they always have and mad faces they always have makes me not want to go in there. Jon Smith’s subs have special sandwiches and they will still let you change and remove ingredients. I’ll end up just going there."
