"I'm not a huge fan of Krystal food, however, I absolutely love their chocolate milkshakes. Here lately I order a 10 piece BOMBS with it. After work tonight around 11:15 I went to treat myself for a long days work. Ordered the usual. The wait was entirely too long! But worse than that when I got home to drink my milkshake and eat my bombs, I was horrified to see the milkshakes was vanilla! Then when I went to call and tell them, I can't get an answer, 5 times! If anyone care it was Check:40133 @11:10pm in Middlesboro, KY. Its too far to go back and tbh, im too tired. So, im down 7.70 and and a shotty ending to a long day. Tighten up Krystal! I was the only customer you had!! Smh"

"I've been eating at that Krystal location for years. The dining room is finally back open, so it was nice to go inside and eat. The restaurant was very clean. The lady employee gave Quick & friendly service. Tasty hot food. Good cold drink.. I Will return."
