"The app is always down so you can’t even get half priced drinks, like seriously It’s supposed to make our lives easier. They won’t even adjust the price. And just make excuses saying that they’re not a corporate store and that’s why. You’d be better off going elsewhere."

"I'm not sure who the man's name was who took our order, but wow, I'm impressed. This dude read back every single thing I ordered perfect and delivered it hot and fresh and quick to my family and I. If more restaurants around here took the initiative to simply read back your order to make sure it's correct in such a professional manner as this guy did, Middlesboro fast food chains could just bounce back."

"For weeks now I have been trying to order drinks on the app sometimes it is up but mostly it is down. Message shows temporarily unavailable. This app is supposed to simplify my experience not make it harder. Worst app ever."

"I ordered a flavored water (that I paid $2 after all my flavorings and fruit additions) and waited 25 minutes and when the water came there was no flavoring. It was just plain water. Very disappointing."

"I'm pretty sure these are supposed to be chicken tenders but I'm also pretty sure they would taste as bad as they look so I didn't try them. A huge waste of money and I was traveling so I didn't get the benefit of giving them back. But service got five stars because they came out fast and we're delivered by a very nice and polite young lady."
