"I came through at like 3:00 a.m., there was one guy working and he was doing everything he could to get all the drive through water made and on their way. All around great customer service and very polite."
"This place has never gotten my order right. The workers are RUDE and extremely unprofessional. Not sure what her name is but the little girl at the window during the day (Monday, Wednesday) has the worst rbf (probably because she is one), never says hello or speaks in general. Throws food through the window and slams the door shut. Keep that girl out the window cause the next time i come through and she’s there I will drag her."
"Your employees are going to cost you business. I ordered 2 lattes and they were cold. When I asked for hot they were rude and brought me 2 partial cups of colder coffee. I will not be visiting that location again."
"Thank you for working but need to focus on what customers order and do more training!! I ordered a small hot coconut milk macchiato (My usual) and it up receiving an espresso and COLD coconut milk in the small hot drink cup. Still pay and go home to put it in the microwave. Thank you"
"This location is disgusting. It opened some time during spring and except for a very short period of time during July and June (and only in the mornings) their donuts are just plain nasty. Except for that golden period of time in the middle of summer, the donuts icing slips off and makes a sludgy mess. They taste like a freezer. I went by here a few weeks ago and never again. I went at night and you could hear music blaring, you could see the bums that work here out smoking. Then I went to the drive thru and I could hear someones conversation about picking their nose...No joke. I felt like it must have been a joke. I just decided to skip this one and honestly you should too. On top of all of this this location is a notoriously dangerous spot in town. Everyone knows it but they are probably hoping to get some clueless and desperate people off of I-81. Don't do it. You will regret it. I have never gotten coffee here that it did not make me sick. And after overhearing the private conversation between the employees over the speaker I think I have a better idea of why. Thought it was just in my head. Guess not."
