"I went by McDonald's thru got a oreo mcflurry and I looked it had no oreo in it. So I went inside the cashier made me another and was rude and pushed it across the counter and was rude and told her her give me my money back. The service was not good and I will not be back. Need workers that have respect for customers and manners and common sense."
"I’ve never received a fresh order of fries from this place. There a soggy disgusting mess every time. Literally falling apart there so old and soggy. I wait 5 minutes for them to make a burger and the burger is good but man the fries being bad ruins the whole meal"
"Just prepare the food correctly THE FIRST TIME and you won’t have any complaints! For example, fries take 3 minutes. Drop fresh fries. Don’t give people cold floppy fries 4 times in a row after the customer told you the first 4 times the fries were cold! Lazy lazy lazy"
"Once again, bad service from night shift. My husband went through to get me a 10 piece nugget meal since I hadn't eaten today and McDonald's nuggets is the only things I had an appetite for. I wanted a sweet tea, which I didn't get because they said they were out. The fries were over salted and had clearly been sitting for a while. My nuggets for ice cold. I'm not kidding when I say they were not even warm. I was so disgusted that I sent my husband back for a full refund. The fact that the manager allows food to go out to customers like this is frustrating! The economy is bad enough, and I'm sick of spending my money on food that isn't even up to par! Get it together, exit 17 McDonald's!"
"This used to be a great place to go! I ordered a double quarter plain no cheese. Once we all got our food we sat down in the play area to eat. There was cheese on the quarter. My husband takes it back to the front to tell them it was suppose to be no cheese. They told him they would remake it and bring it to us once it was done. Well they bring it out i open it up and guess what? After waiting over 7 minutes for a "fresh one" they brought back the same burger my husband took up there. How do i know this? Because they clearly tried and failed to scrape the cheese off. This time i take it back and wait instead of sitting down. They remake it. I go sit down and what do i get this time? A burger and bun so dang greasy the entire thing is soggy. I gave up. By this time all 3 of my kids and my husband were done eating and i wasted $10 on a burger i never got to eat."
