"I’ve been here more than a handful of times, and each time, without fail, they get all of our orders wrong. How is it that there’s seven people on staff yet it still takes you 15 minutes to make a black coffee that was supposed to be a latte. I went here yesterday hoping i was just misunderstanding the situation, but no, I ordered a cookie butter latte and they didn’t even put any syrup in it. If i’m paying 7 dollars for a drink at least try to make it half way correct."
"My daughter and I wanted doughnuts. We each got one and some hash browns and a bagel with cream cheese and iced coffee to go. Everything was fresh and delicious. We are planning another trip very soon."
"Friendly employees, insane wait times 20-30 minutes thru the drive thru. Drinks always taste like soap and are watered down. I feel like everytime I go here I don’t have a good experience but In comparison this one is better than exit 14 where they can never get the drink right in the first place."
"went through drive thru on my lunch break tonight and ordered 7 large coffees. Total came up to $45 and when I received my latte there was no caramel added. Just bitter coffee. When I told her that the coffee/latte was bitter and no caramel like I ordered, "I was told twice it was put in the latte. She was not going to fix it until I said I wanted my $$ back and she could keep the coffee. When I returned to work with the other 6 coffee/latte non of them had any flavor. Bitter straight warm , not hot. Very disappointed with the $45 spent tonight."
"Store is really clean and they do stay busy! I usually go inside so I can get in and out within a fast amount of time. But sometimes they are short handed and everyone including drive thru has to wait, which happens anywhere these days. The employees are always very nice and courteous! Just wished they would come to the register when they physically see a customer waiting there...I feel like it should be top priority even though I see some employees like to stand and chat or do another task beforehand. If you have the time, you should take the order to prevent lines in both drive thru and lobby but u understand this is a busy store!"
