Huddle House

"My husband, Bill, and I are frequent breakfast customers at Huddle House. We usually receive very good service. Unfortunately, the staff turnover is quite high at this location, so it seems like as soon as a server gets to a point where they know what our preferences are, and that we always like our coffee cups full, that server ends up leaving. So I really wish management and Corporate offices could address this issue. This morning, "D" was our cook, and Brandie was our server. D prepared our food exactly the way we liked it. Brandie, although a new employee, did a great job checking on us, refilling our coffee, etc. We will continue to return."

"We came here a few months ago and said we would more than likely not be back because of the wait. Well, we decided this morning we would grab some breakfast before finishing Christmas shopping. Expected to maybe have to wait a little bit which isn’t unusual when dining in anywhere, thinking maybe our last experience was just a slow day or something. We sat down, ordered, and waited.. waited.. and waited. We drank our drinks, got some coffee, and still waited. We noticed our waitress was sitting down so we flagged her over to us and asked how much longer because we had plans, at this time we had waited for over an hour. She asked what our order was, we explained. She went to look at the tickets, came back and said, “ I can’t find your ticket, your order was never placed. “ We were livid. She said “ Sorry.. “ try to utter what I assumed would have been, “ Do you still want it? “ She was very rude and unfazed by the fact we were visibly upset. We declined and left immediately. We won’t be back at this Huddle House."

"Food could have been better. It all just tasted burnt. Paid $10 for a sampler platter and the fried pickles was so hard we couldn't eat them. When we told them about it all we got was a "Sorry". Wouldn't even remake some. Oh well you live and you learn."

"I stopped by for a quick lunch. Brady was my server, excellent server, nice, polite, friendly, kept conversation going while constantly working. Joshua was the cook. The food was well prepared and plated nicely. I had the hashbrowns all the way with 2 eggs over light. They were great! I will return."

"Sunday afternoon, we were the only patrons eating inside. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The cook made the best bacon and hash browns I'd ever eaten outside of making it myself. We had good conversation with our waitress, she was very nice and accommodating. We'll definitely return."
