"They use cilantro in the salsa and it taste awful to me my tacos where great but I like salsa with it my wife had their signature dish and I tried it also because after her first bite she was on fire it was good just couldn't eat more than a third of it and we both love hot food and eat Mexican every chance we get. But seems like if you have a salsa so heave in cilantro maybe offer a substitute since it seems many people are sensitive to that ingredient."
