Pizza Hut

"If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered an order online at 1pm in the afternoon for pick up at 530pm. This order was $105 as it was a family order for a family event! I went to pick up at their drive thru at 530pm and there was a line and it took 30 mins to get to the window and get my order. I brushed that off as understaffed and busy. But, they then could not find all my pizzas and apparently gave me what they thought were ours. We drove 15 mins in pouring down rain back to our family who was waiting on all these pizzas to find out they had screwed up the entire order. They did not give us one of the pizzas we ordered, they must have given us someone elses and they didn't have the right crust on most of them. I then tried to call to the store for 4 hours and kept getting disconnected after ringing and ringing numerous times. I was finally able to get to the people who do the phone orders (who are not located in the store), they continued to try and connect me to the store and it still kept getting disconnected, one of their people gave me the direct number that they use to call to the store and that even kept ringing and ringing and disconnected, and I tried this until they closed which is 10pm. I was then told by those phone people that they would have one of their supervisors reach back out to me and they never did. At this point I know that if the phone was actually ringing at the store someone should have been answering over a 4 hour period of time and 15 or more phone calls, and have no idea why they were not, as I even tried calling 5 mins before they closed. It is almost like their phone was disconnected. I finally gave up. I have worked customer service my entire life and i have never seen such horrible customer service and noone even cared."

"My waitress was fantastic she was great. She had a great attitude very good with my children! She had my kids talking to her. But the manager and other staff had a sour attitude and was really nasty towards the waitress and customers for no reason !"

"WHILE IN TOWN THIS WEEK. I THOUGHT I WOULD STOP IN AN DINE WITH PIZZA HUT. IT WAS SUNDAY EVENING AROUND 6:30 PM. I THOUGHT IT ODD ONLY TO SEE ONE TABLE OF CUSTOMERS! I WAS SEATED BY A WAITRESS AND GIVEN A MENU. BUT THE LADY NEVER RETURNED TO EVEN TAKE MY DRINK ORDER...... SO, AFTER 15 MINUTES! I GOT UP AND LEFT. I WAS TOLD THE NEXT DAY BY RELATIVES, THAT THIS WAS THE NORM FOR THIS RESTAURANT! SO SAD! PIZZA HUT IS ONE OF MY GO TO RESTAURANTS! P.S. THE OTHER TABLE HAD YET TO BE SERVED THEIR FOOD BY THE TIME I LEFT! SAD INDEED!!!!"

"We are passing through and staying at the RV park nearby and had one of the best pizzas we have had in a long time! Delivery was super fast and the driver was very nice. The pizza was piping hot and just as ordered. The extra cheese was definitely extra and with the super fast delivery, it was weeping off the pizza as we were eating! The cheese sticks and chicken wings were just as good as the pizza. The taste and quality reminds me of enjoying great pizza as a kid. Hats off to the cooks, delivery driver and store management. From reading other reviews, you guys are kicking a** and taking names! Keep it up!!"
