"Ordered 2 COLD SUBS online almost 45 MINUTES AGO. They're already paid for. Just received them finally. 5 people working in the store, nobody else getting waited on. No "sorry for the wait" from the employees. I could've literally driven to Staunton and got a sub by now. Do better."
"Never been to this location before; they were crazy busy lunch time day before Thanksgiving, so I am glad we ordered ahead on the app., but still had a brief wait. No problem, they were slammed! Quality and service were up to the Jersey Mike standard. Men’s room was a little rough, but I’ve seen much much worse, trash was full and you can tell they were busy and didn’t have time to check it recently. Prep table was clean and full of fresh veggies. Neat and clean despite the rush. I will stop here again. Very consistent with what I see at home in western PA."

"After trying to go to a restaurant only to find a note on door saying only 1 cook showed up, we decided to go to Jersey Mike. There was no waiting. We received our food quickly. This place was well staffed with friendly, attentive workers. The foodwas tasty too."
"I think they're gonna need a bigger boat. Second day after opening and they are to capacity! But service very quick and employees all well organized and working very well together. Very cheerful lead person was standing by and said the crowd was worse on opening day. Employees are clean in uniforms, efficient and very courteous. Both hot and cold subs are excellent, fresh and well prepared. A real asset to Lexington!"
