"I'm not a coffee fan, especially when it is as overpriced as Starbucks, but my wife and daughter like it. There are lots of options for coffee drinkers, specially flavors of both hot and iced coffee as well as... should we say gimmick drinks like the pink drink and some rainbow thing. They used to have a nice selection of baked goods, but that has gotten smaller over time. It seems to be just a few cookies, a pastry or two, and cakepops. The only true appeal it has for me is that it is a great place to meet up with groups to make plans because they are everywhere."

"Does this look like light ice to you?!?! When am I going to learn not to come here anymore.Very inconsistent. My cold drink is either dark strong or extremely weak. I ask for light ice and sometimes I get it and sometimes I don’t. Looks like they fill ice to the top and I get about a quarter of the actual drink for 6$. I’ve asked no ice and get a weak drink. Pls have a meeting with entire staff on how to make consistent drinks. I give up."
"This Starbucks is the one across from Towers Shopping Mall in Roanoke. The staff here is so friendly. I don't go to this one everyday. Yet they not only remember my name, but also my odd order. LoL The store manager, Chris, I have known for a while because he's been at several of the local Starbucks. And wherever he seems to be at, that Starbucks gets better with their service and staffing. Go there, you won't be disappointed!"
