"Ordered on the app. Rec'd msg it was ready. Went inside to pick up. 3 workers and they didn't know which way was up. (Drive thru had 3 cars) Tickets everywhere on the counters and lost orders. I still waited another 10-15 minutes for them to prepare my drink. It was watery and not much flavor. Had to tell them 3 times what I had ordered and they still tried to give me someone else's order. (Only 1 other customer inside) Saw an empty cup get dropped on the floor and they still picked it up and used it. Will NEVER visit that location again!"
"I have revisited the restaurant, and they have definitely made some changes. I am assuming they added new items to their menu. If not the new menu lay out is just updated and very well. They have a variety of healthier options. This will always be a win over traditional fast food options any day. I would rather pay more for healthier foods. I like that they add calories by the options as well for those who care. Big step up!! Will continue to spend my money here."
"The manager did promptly refund the order when I spoke to them, so 5 stars for service. My buffalo chicken wrap was served ice cold. The cheese wasn't even sort of melted (see the picture) its like they forgot to cook it."
"The worst tsc I have ever been to. They have forgotten my order, made an island green without the greens (it literally came out pale yellow and they swore it was made right) and forgotten my sides. Both in-person and drive thru. Avoid it at all cost. The one on east side of town is much better"
"I have visited this location on quite a few occasions. The smoothies have always been wonderful. It’s very easy to hold an ingredient or add an ingredient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually visit first thing in the morning and the service is great and the wait time is minimal."
