"I will never come here again, I rather drive a bit further. this place need to train their employees how to make drinks, I ordered from here 3 times and none of them came out right, all tastes like milk with no flavor or sweetness. one of the girl was so rude.. she have no smile serving customers and act like she doesn't want to work there."
"I ordered honey oolong milk tea today and I got 70% sweet but it was too sweet for me but I asked my boyfriend to come in to ask the staff if they could give me some more tea because it was too sweet for me., I know it's my fault for wasting the staff's time but there was one staff member who was very rude when my boyfriend came in to ask for more tea, she used Vietnamese language and she said" "it’s not sweet?" but she didn't know that my boyfriend understood Vietnamese. I feel extremely angry when the staff has such an attitude towards customers. Anyway, the milk tea is very delicious but I will never come back again"

"I've been a regular at this shop for the better part of eight years, and today's experience left me somewhat disappointed. I found myself paying close to $8 for a serving, only to be presented with old, hard-to-chew bobas. Moreover, the tea served wasn't as chilled as I would've preferred. While there were friendly faces among the staff, I encountered one member today who came across as rather unprofessional, pushing for a tip. This is quite unlike the quality and service I've grown accustomed to over the years."
