"I went here for my birthday and had an absolute blast! We did not order any food or drinks as we had eaten beforehand. The atmosphere was so cute and it was so much fun and easy to set up. We needed to keep track of our own time though, as we didn't want to be charged another hour and no one came to check up on us. It was easy to just set an alarm though!"

"Always a fun night out. We have been there for big events, birthdays, casual nights out, work get together- you name it. One of our favorite spots to hang with friends. Service is good, food is good, and the drinks are great. They take good care of you and it's always a fun time with friends. It's nice to have a secluded corner away from the bustle of the Block, but still be close enough that we can visit if we feel left out. Highly recommend for bringing friends to casually hang."

"Best Korean karaoke 노래방 at Annandale. Bartender was very kind and nice. Clean and unique style place with very high quality karaoke machine.(When you singing, feels like a you are professional singer because they have a awesome sound systems.) Food is delicious, and they have all kinds of cocktails and drinks too. (including a Korean Soju)"

"We had such an amazing time here! I reserved a 20 person room for my 13 year olds birthday and they had the best time. The staff was so nice and super fast. The food was great! Definitely try the tacos. We will be going again"

"The attitudes of the employees are dumpster fire, and the billing/pricing system is definitely unethical. Manager seems to be a good person, as he apologized for our bad experience, so if you have issues, please speak with him. We started off the night with trying to buy drinks, which we noticed were different on our bills than the menu. When we asked why, Jessica told us that they had just adjusted for inflation that night. When we said that their menus needed to be marked accordingly, she just rudely dismissed us to go online to look for the drink menu. We immediately tried to return a bottle and get a refund, and that's when they rolled their eyes at us and muttered to each other loudly. 20% gratuity WILL be included for this wonderful customer service. Later, we actually tried to pay in cash for another drink (still gotta pay that gratituity), they gave us the wrong change back, and when we asked for the right amount, they gave us less saying "we round up for the house." Drinks aren't made with any measurements at all in the back, so don't expect drinks to look or taste the same. Also, don't ask them any questions because they will say "let us know if you have any problems again," in a very passive-aggressive manner. I'm honestly not sure if they told us that small rooms were all taken and led us to a medium room that was actually a small room, since that room was small for our group of 4 regular sized people, and then charged us for the medium room. We did a walk-in during holiday season, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt... surely? If you plan on not getting money stolen from under your nose with 3x-4x priced drinks with mandatory gratuity and then also getting ironically terrible drink service, the English music selection is very good. Maybe to save time, figure out what songs you might want to sing before going. BTW the pics are the same drink, and in the second pic you can actually see the old drink in the cup behind"
