"It was a great thing that they were open on Christmas day. We went every where looking for food. All of them are closed. Without McDonald's we were about to sleep hungry. Thanks McDonald's for staying open on Christmas day. Merry Christmas to all of your workers who helped people at a great time on a very busy night. Almost 5 minutes between submitting the order over the online app and receiving the order."
"This place is a dump, they don’t have the decency to clean up and they are always short staff. The place has not changed since 2016 and they don’t have electric ordering booths. When I walked in I could literally hear my shoes peeling from the floor because it was that sticky. This place doesn’t change because they really don’t care 1/10"
"I feel like every time I come here no matter if you do it through the app or you order it through them. your order is gonna be messed up in someway and the guy today was a manager and he was acting high or had some other problem, but we have one order for the drive-through and another one that was for a pick up the doors were locked. We went through the drive-through and told him that we had two online orders which when we first got to the window only gave me the drive-through order and told us that we need to go back around to get it. smh"
"Inside service was SLOW. We accidentally ordered counter pick-up instead of drive thru. It unbelievable that the drive thru and inside can't talk to each other at all to move orders from one to the other when mistakes are made on pick-up type. I'm sure we're not the first or last to make that mistake but the drive thru order taker couldn't even figure out that we made the mistake. What the heck? They couldn't even be bothered to notified the front once we (meaning me) figured out the problem. It took 11 minutes from the time we got to the front desk until we got our food. Unacceptable! on a $20 order that was placed in advance with only one modification (a plain burger)."
"Dont go to this location for fries and chicken nuggets. the fries were cold and soft. The nuggets were super dry and hard. it looks like they precooked too much to be out in the heat lamp. This is not the first time. I live nearby that is why I come here but this is my last time. I will go to other location where nuggets/fries are super good and cant stop eating them."
