Aerie Store

"Update 2023: the quality has honestly gotten so bad at aerie over the years in my opinion. I no longer shop here. Aerie is my ultimate place for underwear. It isn't cheap, but the panty sales/ bundle deals aren't bad and I love their no photo shop campaign."

"The absolute worst customer service! I had items shipped to the store and they came in 3 different shipments. One shipment was given to somebody else! It was returned luckily. I then went in for a return and saw a sales person scanning packages and I asked if those were shipments to pick up. She states yes and I asked her to check for my name. She said well if you didn’t get an email then yours isn’t here. I then left and walked to my car…. A total of 10 min and I received an email saying my items were here!!!!! All she had to do was check a name on a package!!!! Aerie you can keep your clothes…. Awful experience!!!"

"My husband and I walked in around 11:30am on 2/14. The ladies stood behind the counter laughing, talking and looking at their phones. We walked around for about 5-7 minutes and I realized no one had greeted us or asked if we needed help. One of the three ladies sat on top of the counter. I asked who was the MOD and the one on the counter hopped off saying it was her. I asked her name to which she replied "Alandra" ( I believe) and then we left. I am so disappointed. That used to be my go to store."

"I love Aerie's bras and their product offerings, but I'd only come back to this particular physical store if I have a bizarre desire to feel ignored. I've been here twice and both times, my partner and I both had the pleasure of being unacknowledged* our entire times there. The worst part is, other people around us would receive greetings and offers of assistance! To make matters worse, when I went to go check out, I walked up with my partner, who paid for their stuff first. After my partner was done, I wanted to check out my stuff too-- but was initially ignored in favor of summoning the next customer. The cashier, instead of apologizing for the mistake, gruffly rang me up as if she couldn't wait for me to get out of the store. You'd think I'd have offended her somehow, but that would be impossible. No one there came close to speaking to me*. *Aside from the very lovely greeter at the time, who unfortunately was right outside the store, rather than inside, where 90% of a store experience takes place."

"I like this store, but I have noticed that over the years the products offered have changed a lot. Previously, majority of the store was filled with undergarments, but during my recent visits it's mainly clothes now. They have decent sales from time to time. The ladies working here are always very friendly and helpful."
