"I really don’t like leaving reviews like this but it needs to be done. Food was not up to par. Bistec is usually a nice sized piece of steak but of course, it was an “appetizer” size.. 4 oz at the most. Steak also lacked flavor & was extremely dry. Fries were extremely soggy & dripping oil while the inside was undercooked and had a “blocky” consistency. Jalea did not have squid.. which is a staple. Food was horrible, if you’ve had true authentic Peruvian food any point in your life… you’ll know this place is NOT it Now for the Jalea.. I’ve never had Jalea that is so dark.. like cooked in extremely old oil dark. Even then, the Jalea was also dry & lacked flavor as well."
"Food was good. I enjoyed it and the flavor. Fries are a strange addition to Peruvian style food. I like fries so no complaints. Staff bilingual and helpful. Plenty of indoor seating and outdoor seating. Right next to the convention center for easy convenience. Good amount of food for the price as well. Flavor is decent. Nothing amzing imo. Its just a normal satisfying meal. Hard to explain."
"Really good food for a reasonable price. Big sized tamales with a side of marinated red onions. Lomo Saltado was good with plenty of meat...just a little too dry for my tastes. We'll come back again....maybe try their Ceviche."
"Delicious local Pollo place! Very nice staff and clean restaurant. The best part is a tie between the quality of the food and the prices. Had a chicken sub with fries and drink for $8. Fed a family of four with $28. Will definitely go back"
