"After welcomingly spending $70 for 2...I ordered via Uber Eats. My review is for the Lack of Empathy and Ridiculous Attempt at reciprocity. I called the store to figure a game plan for getting the Forgotten Burger and in seconds I was waiting on a a Manager who offered I drive the 15 mins & get it myself or take a $10 in store credit. Said Burger was $16 and they closed on 20 mins of the call. Make THAT make Sense! Five Guys - Big Bag of Fries - Horrible Customer Satisfaction. Red Robin 4ME."
"Today the team here was doing an excellent job at serving customers and making delicious food. Parking is easy here. At noontime the line moved fast. I had an opportunity to see the “back of the house” and it is super clean and running like a clock. Excellent work area and again, very clean and neat. Highly recommended."
