"I love the Manassas Platos closet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is organized neatly and fully stocked with great items. Definitely my favorite out of all the locations!"
"Wanted to let go of some clothes I called before hand and asked how the process works. The only thing I was told is to make sure the clothes are in a container not a plastic bag and to show up before 5pm. I did that. I had 4 containers of clothes which took me a while to even get in the car plus a 30 minute drive only for them to take 5 items. Apparently they’re very selective with what they buy but didn’t think to mention that on the phone before I called. Then they offered me $25 for the 5 items."
"just left this location (Saturday morning) and was extremely impressed with the staff, the place was packed and they were working so so hard. on top of that they kept awesome friendly attitudes and i found some super cute pieces as a women in L/XL sizes, i have been coming here for a while and will definitely continue to do so ! "2.7 Stars Overall. Customer service was good. The low rating is due to the selections available in the store and the lack of high end quality clothing and accessories. The store was well organized. This is the least popular and appealing Plato's Closet I ever went to in my life. There was nothing that appealed to me except one item. Prices were too high for the their products. A flawed Kate Spade bag was $40. Their credit and cash for consigned items are fair or low. I was satisfied with the money I received for my items. I would recommend only consigning clothes & accessories here for quick cash if you don't want to sell them online or consider other places to consign. If you want to purchase clothes, you may find something you like here. I prefer TJ Maxx and other stores to buy similar items for almost identical prices except they are all brand new or have more affordable prices for used items. The customer service is good here and you receive cash quick, so this is still a place to check out and compare with other places to shop or sell your used items."
