"This is a new location in Haymarket Virginia so it is very clean. The service here is generally faster than any of the other locations I've ever visited and the staff is very friendly. I hope that continues. the taste of the chicken, of course, is classic Popeyes. I've been here four or five times since it opened and the taste and freshness is consistent. It does get quite busy at this location during lunch and in the evenings, but using the mobile app seems to help with not having to wait in line. In addition, using the app allows me to take advantage of the e-offers that save a few bucks when compared to the menu on the wall at the counter. Overall, this is one of the better Popeyes locations in the area."
"Not sure about all the bad reviews. Super clean. Friendly service. Super fresh and tasty chicken. Id go back for sure. I don’t do fast food very often and typically don’t expect much when I do. Definitely choose this chicken sandwich over someone else’s (nextdoor) lol"
"Definitely a bad choice to go for lunch. The customer service was terrible. The young Latina lady was rude, and did not seem understand how to take an order. I had to remind her what I ordered. When she finally put the meal together, she forgot the drinks and sauces. Pay $32 for a meal that wasn’t any thing great. The red beans and rice was dry, chicken tasted old, and the sweet tea wasn’t very sweet. I expect quality food and good service for that amount of money. On a positive note, the place is new and clean. That is the most going for this place."
"It's my kids' first time trying Popeyes and they're not a fan but I personally think the food was okay. The place looks nice though."
"Good food since the place is new it's clean, a little on the expensive side. As you can see in the pictures, they neglected to pull the paper off the cheese before they put my chicken sandwich together, so when I bit into my chicken sandwich I got a mouth full of plastic paper. But hey that can happen to the best of us"
