"Called tonight and placed an order for cheesy bread and some chicken. The person we spoke to told us that it would be a 20-30 mins for our order. We can’t hear the doorbell well in the house so we called back and asked for the driver to call when when he arrives. The person we spoke to transferred the call to the driver and we told him our request, he said cool. Over an hour goes by so we call back just to be told that they never put our order in. Here we were waiting over an hour for our food, called back and talked to someone, just to be told we were waiting for no reason. Totally ridiculous and was shown no remorse for THEIR mess up. 0 stars."

"Poor customer service. The workers all gave me dirty looks and accused me of coming in soley to Harrass them. I felt like they were discriminating me because of the color of my color of skin. Awful service won't be coming back. Don't bother with this place."

"Usually decent, but very disappointed with this past order, delivery, and management’s handling of it. My pizza arrived cold…and the box had clearly been tossed around because the pizza had slid entirely to one side of the box and folded on top of itself with sauce smeared across the interior of the box. I reported it online, but the website was not allowing me to submit a photo. I, then, called the store and the manager offered me 50% off my next order instead of remedying their current mistake. Why would I want to place another order and pay an additional delivery fee and tip to a company/store that had already had a chance to provide good service to me and clearly failed. They’re only guaranteeing future business for themselves, which is a terrible model to ensure customer retention. You’ve lost a customer in me."

"We picked up orders from here this past Saturday & Sunday. We did not order ahead, so the wait was obviously longer than normal, but the orders were complete and correct. There is a lot more to Domino's than just pizza, and we found the salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes to be quite good. If you want something besides pizza, but with Domino's convenience, try the other menu items. We still see their drivers racing around, some to the point of being reckless.....don't know what can be done about that."
