"I came into McDonald’s at 1:45am on 1/4/24 and the older lady with white hair was being very rude and it really seemed like she just did not want to be there. I greeted her and she did not acknowledge it, also after I took my order I said “Thank you” she just said “Next” to my friend that was taking their order after me. After we got our food we realized we needed sauce and she rudely told us it was .25$ per packet. Which is absurd."

"The employee are good but the problem is not enough staffing and can’t handle all the customers. I have to wait for 20 min to get my food. If they are short handed they need to close the dining room and only take drive-through."

"Ordered 2 happy meals at 6:07pm on a Sunday for curbside pickup and did not get my order until 6:37pm after going inside myself to pick it up. I could have gotten table service at a sit-down restaurant faster this. Parking lot was not packed, nor was the drive thru line insane. Numerous patrons inside waiting on their food... drive thru line seemed to be steady. I do not know what is going on with this location, but had I been able to cancel my order I would have. I will not be returning to this location."

"Waited over AN HOUR for our food. The “manager” came and took our order slip due to them running behind then just disappeared to the back after ignoring us and several others for quite some time. Had a very poor attitude and refused us a refund until about 45 minutes of waiting and continuously asking. Continued to make excuses on why he couldn’t refund my card or give me a cash refund. A good 15 cars went through the drive through and got their food but they were “too understaffed” to take care of their customers inside waiting. All in all we waited over an hour and received no food and barley even got refunded"
