"Food is good, but it doesn’t matter because the service is consistently poor. They never fail to disappoint with their rude service and behavior whether I order online or call in an order there is always and issue. It seem they do not want business or are just lazy. Perhaps they pick and choose who and what they want to serve. I hope to find a similar restaurant nearby because I won’t be giving my business to this place when they continue to provide rude and poor service."
"First time here. Had wonderful customer service unlike some of the previous reviews. Perhaps I got lucky perhaps they changed some employees. I had the chicken kabob sandwich. Quite flavorful. Better with extra sauce. I had about a 15 minute wait which makes sense with freshly grilled food."
"Ordered a take out and got a stale, tough, rubbery naan bread and tough, chewy, dry and some part of meat are cold to the touch! If you've had an old, left over tough meat... this perfectly explains it! Just because its take out order they gave us old, left over meat and heated it up on the grill hoping to fix it but made the meat even more dry and hard as a rock! called and let the management know and guy who assisted us hang up on me. Awful customer service and obviously they get it alot and handle it by hanging up on customer who call them up! Never coming back and waste time and money! Unprofessional and lousy business. Not even worth 1 star."
"Placed a to-go order for 3 kabobs- chicken breast, chicken thigh and chicken and lamb. Order took about 30 minutes to prepare but the wait was expected so not a problem. The food is authentic Afghani and reminded me of food in Egypt and Afghanistan. Loved the charcoal flavor on the pitas and kabobs. The kabobs were all seasoned well and not dry. The white rice was also good. Pretty traditional from my experience. Not in love with it, but it was good and I would return if in the area and had the craving."
"Ordered a Super Dish to go. Chicken and beef with brown rice. All was pretty good. Rice was a bit burnt. Got some side dishes I didn’t care for or want. Service was good fairly polite. But I can see where some people are not happy with the service. Seems like this place is more of a carryout spot then a sit down restaurant."
